Interpretation services in Dubai, for hearings, meetings and events.
Interpreters for court and arbitration hearings, police and notary sessions, depositions, business negotiations and conferences, in nine languages, plus conference audiovisual equipment for rent, arranged by one team.
The right format for the room.
Tell us the setting and we recommend the format. Each one suits a different kind of session.
Simultaneous interpretation
Real-time interpreting for conferences, arbitration hearings, board meetings and multilingual events. Longer sessions are normally covered by two interpreters who take turns, and we tell you when that applies.
Consecutive interpretation
The speaker pauses and the interpreter renders each segment. Ideal for depositions, interviews, negotiations and site visits.
Court and sworn interpretation
Hearings and proceedings, with a sworn interpreter holding a valid UAE Ministry of Justice interpreter card where the authority requires one. We confirm the requirement before we confirm the booking.
Police and notary sessions
Witness statements, interviews and signings at police stations and notary offices, with the interpreter present on the day.
Whispered interpretation
Quiet, on-the-spot interpreting (chuchotage) for one or two listeners in a meeting or hearing, with no equipment needed.
Business negotiations and meetings
Contract talks, due-diligence sessions and client meetings, with terminology agreed with you in advance.
Settings where the words have consequences.
Legal and official sessions
Hearings and arbitration, depositions, witness statements at police stations, meetings at notary offices, and lawyer and client consultations. The interpreter conveys everything said, adding nothing and leaving nothing out.
Business and corporate
Negotiations, due diligence, board and shareholder meetings, company setup signings and site visits, with the vocabulary of your deal agreed before the day.
Conferences and events
Panels, seminars and multilingual events where speakers and audience work in different languages. We advise on the format and on what the venue needs.
Nine languages, in any direction.
Arabic, English and French are the core of our work. The other languages are covered through our network of interpreters, and we add more as it grows.
Any combination of these languages is possible, for example Arabic ⇄ Spanish, French ⇄ Russian or English ⇄ Urdu. Availability depends on the pair and the date, so send us the details early. Need a language that is not listed? Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Audiovisual equipment and tools for rent.
Everything a multilingual conference needs, from the team that supplies the interpreters.
Interpretation booths and consoles
Booths and interpreter consoles for simultaneous interpretation at conferences, hearings and events.
Receivers and headsets
Receivers and headsets for delegates, so each person listens in their own language.
Microphones and sound
Microphones, speakers and sound for rooms of different sizes, so every speaker is heard clearly.
Projectors and screens
Projectors and screens for presentations, so slides and speakers work together.
Rent the equipment on its own or together with interpreters. Tell us the venue, the dates, the number of attendees and the languages, and we confirm availability and send a quote for the whole event. See the full conference equipment rental page.
When the authority asks for a sworn interpreter.
Some authorities ask for a sworn interpreter, sometimes one who holds a valid UAE Ministry of Justice interpreter card. Others accept any competent interpreter. The rule depends on the authority, the type of session and the language.
Tell us where the session takes place and what it is for. We tell you what we understand the requirement to be, and we confirm that the interpreter we propose meets it before you commit to the booking.
From your request to the interpreter on site.
Send the request
Email or WhatsApp the language pair, date, time, venue and what the session is for.
We confirm and quote
We check availability and credentials, tell you if a sworn interpreter or interpreter card is needed, and send a quote.
Briefing
We share your background material and key terms with the interpreter so nothing is learned on the day.
Interpreting and follow-up
The interpreter attends and interprets. If the session produces a document that needs a certified translation, we prepare it.

Urgent? Message us on WhatsApp with these details and we will tell you quickly whether we can cover it.
One team for the spoken and the written.
Interpreting often comes with paperwork: the statement that was taken, the agreement that was signed, the certificate that has to be accepted. We can prepare the certified translation by a Ministry of Justice-accredited sworn translator, advise on the order of attestation steps, and take on urgent legal translation when the deadline is tight. You deal with one team and one point of contact.
Interpretation in Dubai: common questions.
What types of interpretation do you provide?+
Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, whispered interpretation (chuchotage), court and sworn interpretation, interpretation at police stations and notary offices, and interpretation for business negotiations and meetings. Tell us the setting and we recommend the format.
Which languages do you interpret between?+
Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, German and Urdu, in any direction. Arabic, English and French are the core of our work and the other languages are covered through our network of interpreters. Availability depends on the pair and the date, and other languages can be requested.
Can you provide a sworn interpreter with an interpreter card?+
Yes, where one is available for your language pair. Tell us the authority and the type of session. We say what we understand the requirement to be and confirm that the interpreter holds the credentials needed before you commit to the booking.
Can you interpret at court hearings and police stations?+
We arrange interpreters for hearings, depositions, witness statements and notary sessions. In some proceedings the court or the prosecution appoints its own interpreter, so check with the authority or your lawyer first. We do not give legal advice.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as you can. Common pairs can sometimes be covered at short notice, while rarer pairs and sworn interpreters need more time. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp with the language pair, date, time and venue and we will tell you quickly whether we can cover it.
How much does interpretation cost?+
The price depends on the language pair, the type and length of the session, the venue and whether a sworn interpreter is needed. We quote each request individually once we have the details listed on this page.
Do you rent audiovisual equipment for conferences?+
Yes. We rent conference audiovisual equipment: interpretation booths and consoles, receivers and headsets, microphones and sound, and projectors and screens. You can rent it on its own or together with interpreters. Tell us the venue, dates, attendees and languages and we confirm availability and send a quote.
Is what is said during the session kept confidential?+
Yes. Every engagement is treated as confidential, and we will sign an NDA in writing if you need one.
Will the interpreter advise me or speak for me?+
No. An interpreter conveys what each person says, faithfully and completely, and does not advise, take sides or add comments. If you need legal advice, bring your lawyer, and we will interpret between you.
Can you also translate the documents that come with the session?+
Yes. We provide certified legal translation between Arabic, English and French by Ministry of Justice-accredited sworn translators, and can advise on attestation. See certified and sworn translation.
